Given the ever-changing situation surrounding COVID-19, we wanted to inform you to some potential changes that could affect certain channels in the coming days. During this uncertain time XOUXOU is taking measures to create a secure environment for our customers and team and we ask you to do the same. This is a time we need to act together with compassion & kindness.
As of Thursday March 16th, we have initiated a work-from-home strategy for our XOUXOU HQ, operating at reduced capacity to ensure the safety of our employees and partners. We are monitoring the situation - preparing fluid plans in response to the official recommendations set out by the German Government.
Our e-commerce will be working hard as ever, to operate as normal and invite you to continue to engage with our community and team online. We want to reassure you that we have a continuity plan, which leverages our network to ensure support will continue to be provided. Our business continuity plan takes many factors into consideration including how we serve customers by delivery, product and customer segment. However, please allow delays in shipping as we reduced on-site staff in order to allow for a safe working environment.
We believe all of us need to take responsibility for ourselves and others in the community – be mindful of social gatherings, be mindful to spread positivity & hope, and be mindful of personal hygiene – keep your hands and phones clean, your thoughts clear and we will get through this together!

Countries with delivery delays (Updated 05.05.2020)
We are still open 24/7 and currently operating as normal. We are shipping as usual to international destinations - just note that some deliveries may take longer. Some countries are quite rightly prioritizing the processing of essential food and medical supplies through customs, and as such there may be an additional delay on your package.
If you ordered on or after the date seen below, your delivery will be delayed. As soon as we can send out packages to these countries again, we will ship everything together from our Berlin warehouse.

** Due to customs fees and shipping cost, we don't offer Fedex delivery below 2kg packages. If you are interested in this option and don't mind the price, please give us feedback at our customer support mail address below.
