Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your product, you can return it under the following terms:

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging.
• The following items are not eligible for return: customized products, final sale items, and opened hygiene products.

3. Refund Process

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving your return.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• A deduction may be made for items that show signs of wear, use, or damage.

4. Return Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.
• A ready-to-use return shipping label can be downloaded from our returns center for a small charge of 5 USD.
